The Florida Department of Health announced the arrest of Anthony Donnell Solomon for the unlicensed practice of a healthcare profession, a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison and/or a $5,000.00 fine.
In early May, state investigators learned Solomon was providing cosmetic procedures for women in the Miami-Dade area, according to the press release. State and county investigators then set up a fake pumping party at a local hotel and arranged for Solomon to attend. He was arrested after he agreed to inject an undercover Miami-Dade detective.
